BGR Holds Account Manager Training 2019
Entering the third quarter, BGR Logistics held various types of events, one of which was the Account Manager Training. AM Training is held in two days from 29 to 30 June 2019 at BGR Logistics Jakarta Head Office. Training was held from morning to evening and was attended by 18 selected participants. The event was held as a form that BGR Logistics was ready to run fast to achieve the company's progress by developing from an HR perspective.
This series of event was filled with debriefings hosted by the Director of HR and Finance, Commercial Director, Director of Business Development and Information Systems, VP Integrated Logistics Marketing, VP Integrated Logistics Operation, GM Palembang and Compensation Manager and Benefit of BGR Logistics. The briefing aims to equip the knowledge of the BGR Logistics business to AM candidates before serving to their respective sites
AM itself is a very important part of the company because it serves as the main link between the company and the customer while developing and overseeing the business account so that AM must establish good relationships with customers.
Because of the importance of the duties and responsibilities carried out by an AM it is necessary to provide training and development for AM BGR Logistics candidates.
"Human resources and human capital are two different things. Human resources talk about the people who work for the company while human capital is talking about human beings who have value so as to create more optimal performance for the progress of the company "said Endang Suraningsih as Director of Finance and HR in the briefing session delivered.
The event started from several indoor training sessions, sharing sessions from top management and closed with outdoor training which was packaged in the form of game that require participants to jump into the field to sell items given by the committee. Participants with the most income will be the winner. Participants who won the game session get an interesting doorprize from BGR Logistics. (SAM)
